How to Buy
Go to the pages with the items that you wish to buy and press the Add to Basket button for
each item. When you have finished selecting the items go to the Checkout page.
From this page you select 'Order these Items' to confirm that you wish to proceed and then you will be asked
for details concerning the invoice and delivery addresses and payment method.

Payment Methods
We accept credit card payment. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge until we are ready to dispatch. You may give your credit card information over the phone or by fax if you prefer.

Delivery
Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you need to confirm your order.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order within 3 business days. The delivery classes and their expected
arrival times are detailed below.
For delivery within Ireland:
- Next Day Special provides next day delivery throughout Ireland.
- Next Day provides next day delivery for the 26 counties only
For Delivery to the United Kingdom:
- Economy is for non-urgent items for delivery with 7 days.
- Euro Special provides delivery within 2 days for most areas and within 4 days to rural areas.
For delivery within the rest of the European Union:
- Euro Special provides delivery within 3/8 days.
For delivery within the rest of Europe (outside the European Union):
- Priority provides delivery within 5/12 days
For delivery within USA and Canada:
- Priority provides delivery with 5/10 days
- Economy provides delivery with 24 days
For delivery within Asia, Australia and New Zealand:
- Priority provides delivery within 7/18 days
For delivery to the rest of the world (outside Europe, USA, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand):
- Priority provides delivery within 7/14 days

If an item is not in stock we will let you know if there is likely to be a delay and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Only our order processing department can read the details. They are not held in a readable form on any web site.
